Booking Terms and Price Transparency
1. Legal basis
We operate under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising", the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". Consumer information is published in Ukrainian as the state language; all advertising is truthful and not misleading. Non-essential cookies need prior consent.
2. Inclusions and total price
The price covers accommodation for the stated nights; meals, transfers, lift passes, rental and lessons only where named. The total includes all taxes and mandatory fees: service fee, tourist tax, insurance, lift pass, rental and lesson are itemized separately.
3. Payment, availability and refunds
Payment is accepted only on secure HTTPS pages, and bookings are confirmed in writing; unavailable services are never advertised. Cancellation and refund terms, including deductions, are given before payment. Complaints: contact@voiddash.com; unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
4. Licences and suppliers
Tour operators hold a valid licence and financial guarantees; travel agents act under contracts with licensed tour operators, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Activities Subject to Licensing". Lift passes, rental and lessons come from licensed providers.
