Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Windows

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus admin fees.
• 15-30 days: 50% refund.
• Under 15 days: Non-refundable, except force majeure.

Submit to contact@voiddash.com. Per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", terms are disclosed at booking.

2. Refunds

Refunds to original payment method within 14 business days. Non-refundable: supplier fees and insurance premiums paid.

3. Supplier Rules

Supplier terms disclosed at booking. If a supplier cancels, we offer alternative or full refund. Per the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Activities Subject to Licensing", we operate with licensed tour operators.

4. Fees

Total price includes all taxes and mandatory fees per the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". A 5% admin fee applies to refunds.

5. Force Majeure

Ski trips are weather-dependent. For force majeure - severe weather, resort closures, or restrictions - we offer rescheduling or proportional refunds with documentation.

6. Complaints

Contact contact@voiddash.com or +380 502 392 5917. We acknowledge within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. Out-of-court resolution via the competent consumer-protection authority. Per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language", information is provided in Ukrainian.
