voiddash.com, a private enterprise (PE) registered under EDRPOU code 86853842, acts solely as a booking agent and intermediary for ski-related travel and accommodation services. We facilitate reservations between consumers and third-party service providers but do not own, operate, or manage ski resorts, accommodation facilities, or lift operations.
Third-Party Suppliers
All ski resort access, accommodation, equipment rental, and lift services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. These suppliers retain responsibility for the delivery, quality, and safety of their respective services. voiddash.com contracts with licensed tour operators and service providers in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Activities Subject to Licensing".
Consumer Information and Rights
In compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", we provide clear service information, total pricing including all taxes and mandatory fees, cancellation and refund terms, and complaint procedures. Consumer-facing information is available in Ukrainian as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language".
