1. Parties
voiddash.com is operated by voiddash.com, PE, EDRPOU 86853842, Business Center "Nadia", 34 Nezalezhnosti Street, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76000, Ukraine. Contact: contact@voiddash.com, +380 502 392 5917. By booking a service you accept these Terms and confirm you are 18+.
2. Services and prices
Descriptions of services, price and availability are accurate, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising". Total prices include all taxes and mandatory fees and are shown before you confirm a booking, with identification data required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
3. Travel bookings
Travel services are arranged under contracts with licensed tour operators that hold the licence and financial guarantees required by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Activities Subject to Licensing"; their details are disclosed before booking.
4. Refunds, liability and data
Refunds are paid within 14 days to the original payment method. We are not liable for indirect loss or events beyond our control, without limiting rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" is required for all personal data processing.
5. Complaints, law and language
Complaints: contact@voiddash.com, answered within 30 days. Out-of-court resolution: State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Ukrainian law governs. Binding notices are in Ukrainian (Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language").
